SHIPPING UPDATE:

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders ship via Australia Post.

Please Read: We have always prided ourselves on dispatching orders as quickly as possible, but due to the large volume of orders we now process, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get all orders sent the same day. Orders are processed on a 'first in first out' basis, so please be aware (depending on current volume) that your order may ship on or after the next available shipping day after ordering. We will, of course, continue to process orders for dispatch as quickly as is humanly possible.

At this time, due to freight delays and reduced services in certain areas, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timeframes on Australia Post shipments, but expect that the majority of nationwide deliveries will occur between 2 - 5 working days.

We are a small team working hard, not an Amazon fulfillment centre, so thanks for your patience and understanding.

  • Discounted Express shipping on all Aus retail orders over $49. (excluding bulky/oversize items).

Note: Delivery times are approximations based on the carrier information provided to us. 'Working day' (or business day) universally means a day between and including Monday to Friday, not a weekend or public holiday. The specified approximate working day delivery periods commence the day after your shipment is despatched, not the instant an order is placed.

Additional Information

  • We do not under any circumstance put small items in stamped envelopes and post them, regardless of value. Please do not ask us to do this.

  • Shipping to PO Boxes is accepted.
  • All our shipments are trackable.
  • $15 minimum order.
  • Please Note: We take no responsibility for your package once it is shown as delivered and signed for by AusPost and their 'Proof of Delivery' system.

Please check your tracking details!: Every shipment is trackable, and tracking details are emailed as part of the shipment confirmation email. If an unsuccessful attempted delivery has been made, your package will be carded for collection at your local post shop. If you do not collect, it will be returned to us, and a return to sender charge imposed by Australia Post. We have no choice but to pass on the return to sender charge.
