All orders dispatched via standard or express post are trackable. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to your given email address which contains your tracking details (please also check your junk or spam if you have not received this email).
Please make note of these details, and use them to check on the whereabouts of your shipment on www.auspost.com.au.
If you have created an account prior to placing your order, you can login and retrieve these details.
If you provide an incorrect or false email address, no notifications will be available to you.
If your delivery is attempted, and unable to be delivered, a card to collect will be left, and it will be held at a local post depot for a number of days. After this time, if you have not collected the item, it may be returned to us (at an additional charge by Australia Post).
If you contact us asking about the whereabouts of your shipment, we will simply check the track details that were originally emailed as part of your shipment confirmation.
