How do I buy online from RealParts?:
There are two ways to complete a webstore purchase from us. You can either checkout as a guest, or register an account. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, go to checkout, select whether to register and account or checkout as a guest, complete your address details and make payment on the one page checkout. If you wish to create an account prior to purchasing, click the 'login' link on the top right hand of the homepage, and select 'create an account'. No payment details are held within accounts. Registering an account will allow you to create a wishlist, store addresses, view current order status and previous order history. If you checkout as a guest, none of these features are available.

Please note: If you register an account, and subsequently attempt to checkout as a guest using the same email address, you will be required to login, as your email address is already assigned in the store.

Is there a minimum order?:
Yes, there is a minimum order of $15 'goods value' on all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bank Deposit via our secure checkout for all Australian orders. All items and shipping costs are displayed in Australian Dollars, and are inclusive of GST. Realtone Music Aus Pty Ltd will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.

Do you accept Paypal?:
Due to Paypal's increase in merchant fees for high volume sellers, we are not currently accepting Paypal payments via the webstore.

When are credit card payments processed?
Credit card payments are processed automatically at the time of your purchase.

Do your prices include GST?:
The prices listed on the RealParts website are the prices you will be charged, these prices are GST inclusive for Australia.

Do you make custom pickguards?:

We get asked this a lot. We do not offer a custom pickguard manufacturing service, or modifications to existing pickguards. If you are in need of a custom pickguard to suit your specifications, we recommend you talk to a luthier/repairer in your area.

Can you fix my guitar for me, do modifications, quote me on resprays etc etc etc...
We only supply parts for guitars. We don't offer in-house tech or repair services.

I only want a small part which is under your minimum order of $15, and don't want to pay the basic freight charge. Can you send this out in a stamped envelope for me?.
No. The minimum order takes into account the cost and time involved to us to process an order. The freight charge is what it costs us to ship a trackable item via the Auspost eParcel platform. Any request to do so will be politely dismissed.

I'm passing through the area. Can I pop in and buy some stuff from you?.
No. All our payments are processed online via the webstore, not a cash / eftpos system. We are a small team working hard every day on shipping out orders. Due to the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, we have a closed door policy, and do not operate a showroom that is open to the general public.

Our pricing is constantly reviewed so that we may offer the most up to date prices available, however prices can change daily from suppliers. The price listed at the time you place the order is the price you will be charged (errors excepted). Realtone Music (Aus) Pty Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Deliveries outside of Australia:
We no longer process orders for overseas delivery under any circumstances.
