COVID-19 UPDATE:
At this time we remain open and are shipping orders Monday through Friday. All orders ship via Australia Post. There are updates to delivery services as below.
In our warehouse, staff are continuing to receive, pack and dispatch orders. We have implemented social distancing measures as well as more stringent hygiene practices and would encourage our contractors and customers to do the same to help slow the spread of this virus.

AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Australia Post are no longer accepting customer signatures for delivery due to COVID-19.
Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and acknowledge delivery in our system.
The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

Same day shipping.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Australia Post daily pickup times have changed, and we are also now handling an above average increase in orders. Whilst we strive to dispatch orders quickly, due to the large volume of orders we are processing, plus an earlier scheduled daily pickup from our warehouse, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get orders sent the same day. Please expect that the majority of orders will now be shipped on the next available shipping day. We will, of course, continue to endeavour to ship orders on the same day that they are placed, but this is not always possible. Thanks for understanding.
Oversize items
Due to recent shipping rate increases (Auspost), bulky items such as Necks, Bodies, Truss Rods and Pickguard blanks can no longer ship via Air/Express, and must go via Standard/Road service. Whilst we strive to ship items as quickly and efficiently as possible, due to the Express Post price increases imposed on us, it is no longer feasible to do so with these items. If purchasing 'oversize' items, you will see the 'standard' ship method only at the checkout.

We ship nationwide every day, Monday to Friday. We offer two flat rate shipping options within Australia. (Please Note: If urgent, we recommend using Express for all W.A., S.A. and TAS orders.) Delivery by Australia Post.
Note: Delivery times are approximations based on the carrier information provided to us. 'Working day' (or business day) universally means a day between and including Monday to Friday, not a weekend or public holiday. The specified approximate working day delivery periods commence the day after your shipment is despatched, not the instant an order is placed.
Additional Information
Please check your tracking details!: Every shipment is trackable, and tracking details are emailed as part of the shipment confirmation email. If an unsuccessful attempted delivery has been made, your package will be carded for collection at your local post shop. If you do not collect, it will be returned to us, and a return to sender charge imposed by Australia Post. We have no choice but to pass on the return cost.
